The Catholic Schools Office sent an email to all the families asking to complete a survey. Please look for an email with the subject like "Diocese of Joliet School Effectiveness Survey for Queen of Apostles School Families".

Thank you for your support in providing your children with a faith-filled education. Through a rigorous curriculum, regular participation in liturgy and prayer, and service to others, we offer a holistic approach to student formation in our diocesan schools. This important work is possible through our partnership with families and schools, all for the greater glory of God.

To better understand how our families feel about the effectiveness of our diocesan schools, I invite you to participate in the annual School Effectiveness Survey. This survey, administered by the Catholic Schools Office (CSO), aligns with the four domains of the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Schools: Mission and Catholic Identity, Governance and Leadership, Academic Excellence and Operational Vitality.

Your feedback is crucial in helping us support Queen of Apostles School in providing quality and effective Catholic education. The CSO collects and analyzes the data in aggregate. The general survey results will be shared with your principal and pastor, and they will address common themes.

Please click your household’s unique survey link below to access the survey and complete it as a household by Saturday, January 31. It should take no more than 15 minutes. Do not forward the survey link as it is unique to your household. While all custodial adults in your household are receiving this email, only one response per household will be accepted.
