There are 7 sacraments Christ entrusted to the Catholic Church to continue His mission on earth.  There are the 3 Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist (or Holy Communion).  There are 2 Sacraments of Healing: Confession and Anointing of the Sick. There are also the Sacraments of Vocation: Matrimony and Holy Orders.
